Abner Dire’s Corporate Services PTY (Ltd) is a corporation which was registered on 2013 Feb 27 and issued with certificate of corporation no. 2013/034494/07. There’s no restriction on business activities, however Security and Cleaning Services are the core functions of our business.

ADCServices was formed and lead by Mr Abner Lesego Ranyaka Dire, and the office is located at 483 Molele str. Molapo Location Soweto P.O. Kwa - Xuma 1868. He has a full control with (100%) hundred per cent shares of the corporation. With employement equity and equal oppotunity at the back of our heads, disable people and women will be employed by the company to top management positions .

ADCS Cleaning Services is a niche contract cleaning company.We supply cleaning services to a mix of commercial clients, from daily cleaning for large corporates to smaller businesses requiring less frequent cleaning. Our services include window cleaning, stripping and sealing of hard floors, crowd management, infection control and waste management, and our mission is to create a service based company whose number one goal is exceeding customer's expectations.

To increase our number of clients served by 20% per year through superior service.

To develop a sustainable corporate-based business, living off its own cash flow.

ADCS Cleaning Service's mission is to provide the customer with all commercial cleaning services in an environmentally sound, completely trustworthy, and professional manner. We exist to attract and maintain customers. When we adhere to this maxim, everything else will fall into place. Our services will exceed the expectations of our customers.

 

Sales & Marketing

 

We specialize in sales and marketing for cleaning products. Marketing of new products, using signage, banners and promoters at the focal points ie. Shopping centres, and in-store promoters.

 

Risk Management

 

OHASA servers as a guide line for occupational safety at the work place, and it is a legislation which was gazatted by the South African Parliament as Occupational Health and Safety Act No 181 of 1993.

Risk management is a process for identifying, assessing, and prioritazing risk of different kinds, and once the risk are identified, the risk manager will create a plan to minimize or eliminate the impact of negative events.

There are number of risk management standards including those developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and National Institute of Science and Technology.
